No problem booking it at all. The first 2 got picked up without any problem but we'd booked flights out with Thomas Cook the same day it went bust and never made it out. Later that day I got a phone call from Spain and it was the transfer company to say they would refund my money, even though it wasn't their fault and I didn't ask for it. They then kept in touch to make sure they had the new flight details for my friends returning home. And followed up with an email saying 'I hope they got home safely'. My friends said the bus was clean, comfy and on time - the hotel was 45mins away from the airport and they had absolute confidence they would be picked up. Fantastic, reliable, friendly service. What more could you ask for? Highly recommend.

Transfer stated 23 mins. Coach with travel company was 55 mins with lots drop offs. Driver was waiting for us with a card showing my name although we were a little late. On our return the weather was stormy thunder lightning and torrential rain. I got a phone call to say driver would be 10 minutes late and not to worry as he would be there to take us to the airport. It was late due to flooded roads. Arrived as promised in a lovely executive mini bus and transfer to airport in plenty of time. Excellent service would recommend

Can I modify my transfer?
To modify a reservation, you must contact us by phone, we will ask you to email us to info@menorca-transfers-services.com with your reservation number and the information you want to change. Please note that we receive many emails, so we need you to call us in time to guarantee the change. Remember that in the case of shared transfers it is not possible to modify the pick-up time as there are other stops. The change is confirmed when you receive the modified reservation from us again
My flight has been cancelled, and I don’t need the transfer. Can I cancel it?
Our cancellation policy allows you to cancel transfers 24 hours in advance. In case your flight has been cancelled, the airline probably does not advise you so much time in advanced. We offer you the option of sending you an invoice for the transfer that has been affected and that can be used to prove the costs of the transfer from the airline in your claim.
Can I travel with a wheelchair?
Of course, yes. In this case we need to know if the person using the wheelchair can move without it and access a vehicle or not. In case the person has reduced mobility, we need to reserve a transfer with enough space to transport the wheelchair or scooter. If the passenger needs a wheelchair to move around, email us with the reservation details, and we will send you a quote for an adapted vehicle with a ramp.
The vehicle is only shared if you book a shared transfer or shuttle. In this case, it is most likely that you will go with more passengers who are going to the same area as you and that the transfer will make several stops. In private and Premium transfers the vehicles are for exclusive use.
For shared transfers, we will be waiting for you in our office in the arrivals’ hall (MENORCA TRANSFERS SERVICES – BERLINAS MENORCA). In the case of private and premium transfers, a member of our team will wait for you in the arrivals terminal with a sign with the name that appears on the reservation.

Only in private or Premium transfers, but as it is a special service you must make this reservation by phone / email. We need to know the size of your pet and how are you going to transport it. Each passenger can travel with a medium suitcase and a small package (laptop, camera or bag). If you are travelling with more luggage, book a car with more capacity to be sure your suitcases can travel without any problem.
It is not possible for the vehicle to make extra stops as it is a transfer service to or from the airport. If you book a private or Premium transfer, and you travel with passengers under 12 years of age or with a height of less than 1.35 m, for safety reasons, we recommend that you use a baby or booster seat that can be booked in the reservation process on our website. This service is only offered under prior reservation, and it has a cost of €8.25 per seat / journey. This option is not available for shared transfers.
