These terms and conditions shall apply without prejudice to any legal provisions on the matter that may apply in each case.
The General Contracting Terms and Conditions regulate the remote booking relationship between BERLINAS MENORCA SL and the user or customer, in accordance with legal provisions, in particular Law 7/1998 of 13 April on General Contracting Terms and Conditions, Law 3/2014 of 27 March amending the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users, Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on Personal Data Protection and the guarantee of digital rights, the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679, Law 7/1996 of 15 January on Retail Trade Regulation, and Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce.
BERLINAS MENORCA SL reserves the right to make any changes it deems appropriate, without prior notice, to the General Terms and Conditions. Such changes may be made through its websites by any legally admissible means and shall be binding for as long as they are published on the website and until they are validly replaced by subsequent versions. However, BERLINAS MENORCA SL reserves the right to apply, in certain cases, Specific Contracting Terms and Conditions in preference to these General Terms and Conditions when it deems appropriate, announcing them in due time and form. Users shall be subject to the Terms and Conditions in force at the time the booking is made.

In accordance with the rights granted to you by current data protection regulations, you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, restriction of processing, erasure, portability and objection to the processing of your personal data, as well as the consent given for the processing thereof, by sending your request to the address mentioned above or to the email address info@berlinasmenorca.com. You may contact the competent Supervisory Authority to file any complaint you deem appropriate (for more information, please refer to the website's privacy policy).

BERLINAS MENORCA SL informs users that the booking procedure through its websites is detailed in the corresponding section for formalising the booking.

By booking with BERLINAS MENORCA SL through its website, the user or customer expressly declares that they know, understand and accept said terms of use and the General Terms and Conditions. Likewise, the user declares that they are of legal age, or an emancipated minor, and that they have the legal capacity and capacity to act necessary to access the websites of BERLINAS MENORCA SL and to contract through them. The user is responsible for treating confidentially and responsibly the identity and password obtained when registering as a customer, and may not transfer them to another person.
Once the booking has been made, the user will see the booking confirmation on screen and may print it as proof of the booking made.
The booking confirmation and the booking receipt (the printout made by the user) shall not be valid as an invoice.
